I have unlimited data and everything back home in the uk. But I’m away in Spain and activated Roming. But I already used up 80% of my spend cap. Do I have unlimited everything while away on holiday? Because I went into EE and they said yes you have unlimited everything while on holiday. Apart from extra charges such as call/texts/sending photos out of the EU zone.
someone explain please as this is my 3 day abroad. And I need data for work.

On contract you may use your UK data in the EU with up 50 GB if you have more.

Hi @MurphyM_44

Thanks for coming to the community.

As @XRaySpeX mentioned, if you have allowances to use in the EU, you can use all of your data allowance if it is 50GB or less, and up to 50GB if your allowance is higher than this.

When you say you've used 80% already, did you get a text to say this?

Did it say it was 80% of your data allowance or was it spend cap?

The spend cap is different, and would indicate you are being charged.
