I purchased 55 pound data pack at Heathrow Airport. On arrival at Portugal a text arrived saying for 10 pounds I could roam for 7 days by texting 150 ROAMEU7D. I put 15 pounds on my account via top up but the text won't go through. Can some kind person help me?
