I’m the sim holder and owner
On 4th of April I called EE costumer service and I requested roaming option to use my sim in abroad in Tunis and Libya and I requested 120 minutes calls and 100 minutes text but when I landed in Tunis my sim doesn’t work.
Could you please check it and activate it.
