Roaming

Hello,

I am currently in Greece with my boyfriend and his phone does not work at all. 

Data roaming is set to on, roming is set to on, the phone has connected to the local mobile network and shows a signal but it will not allow him to make calls or text and obviously no data either.

Help!

Data roaming simply means using mobile data over a roaming network, just like voice-roaming & text-roaming.

Where are you looking, to state that roaming is set on?

Did your boyfriend receive a welcome text message on arrival abroad?
