I am on holiday in Gran canary and set up monthly roaming on Saturday before I left. It hasn’t worked can not text or use my phone I have roaming turned on my phone

help please

Thanks for coming here. 

Did you text ROAMING to 150 before travelling abroad to make sure roaming was active and not just a roaming add-on? 

If so, can you manually try searching for another network, does anything show available?
