I'm currently in Greece and suddenly I am unable to make or receive calls although I was assured before leaving UK that roaming was in place,this situation is causing me big problems and I can't get through to anyone at ee

Welcome to the community,

Have you done a manual search for a network?

Are you able to log into your account to see if roaming, call abroad and premium calls are ticked?

Are you on pay as you go? If that is the case do you have enough credit?
