Roaming with my contract

Hello,

I am going abroad to Poland and then Spain in August. I haven’t used my phone abroad before and I am not 100% clear on the roaming costs. I am wonder what the best option is. I have text 150 roaming and they say my phone is set up, will that begin to charge me when I leave the uk or will it charge now? Finally, i am more towards buying the roaming pass, will this cancel out the daily payment? I am mainly interested in using internet data only. Advice would be great.

@Stephenson_92  Purchasing the roam abroad pass will stop the daily charge.    You’re ready to roam because you texted ROAMING to 150.     Purchase the roam abroad pass the day before you leave the UK.   Just restart the device when you get to a new country as this helps the device connect to the local network.   You’ll only be charged for the roaming pass once you have purchased it.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Stephenson_92 : Texting ROAMING to 150 doesn't charge you; it just makes sure you are set up for roaming when abroad. It's texting ROAMING PASS to 150 that will charge you £15 per billing month but it saves you the £2.29 daily charge.
