Hi, I'm on holiday to Italy now for a couple of weeks. The daily roaming charge of £2 something is showing as active, and I have also added on the £15 roaming plan, which is also showing as active. Do I need to do anything to make sure I'm only charged the £15 for the roaming plan? As currently would look like I'll be charged both?

The £15 per billing month Roam Abroad Pass overrides the £2.29 daily charge.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
