I’ve bought the wrong roaming package for my holiday! I only have wi fi, any idea how I can contact EE as messaging in the app won’t connect? Thanks for any advice

What makes you think the wrong roaming package is your issue? Whatever billing add-on you have, its purpose is to reduce the cost of roaming.
it's separate from enabling roaming which is FOC but required to allow access to foreign networks.
