I’m in Greece with my family. I’ve bought the add-on for everyone’s phone to work abroad (£2 per day) and texted ROAMING to 150 but none of us has had access to data in the last week. Is there a fix? And can I get a refund for the days without data/access?

@XRaySpeX @bristolian - All sorted. Called EE and there was some weird bar on the account. Now lifted. Thanks all for help.

Did you text ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK?
Do your phones show signal bars of a local network, to indicate the roaming facility is active? And by extension, are you able to make or receive calls OK?
If you login to your myEE online account/app, and navigate to parental/data controls, does "international roaming" show active? Or can you enable it if not?

You can only not find that setting if you are on PAYG but if you are on PAYG you can't have the £2/day EU roaming add-on.
Are you sure you navigated your online MyEE to Menu > Account Settings > Parental and Data Controls > Roaming Abroad and also Call Abroad and Premium Rate?
