I am currently abroad and bought roaming but wasnt able to use it. Every time i turn it on it says sign in to network. I tried reseting with flight mode but to no success.
Also, i bought the roaming with 100GB for7 days twice thinking the first time didnt come through because it is still not working. Internet reception here is really bad. Can anybody help me with this and get a refund for my 2nd roaming purchase.

Hi @Micp15,
If they have activated roaming, it can take up to 24 hours to reflect on your account. You'll receive a text when it is up and running.

Try this:
Otherwise login to your MyEE account online & go to Menu > Account Settings > Parental and Data Controls > Roaming Abroad and also Call Abroad and Premium Rate. They will show as ticked if roaming and calling abroad is activated. If not ticked, can you activate these settings?
I had same problem I had left UK and already in USA. I could get nothing except specifically on hotel Wi-Fi. xRayspecs told to log into My Ee and then I did these steps just above ^^^ It worked when nothing else would. Basically my data roaming was not turned on within My EE even though I’d paid for roaming pass and everything. The problem is within your My EE permissions not your phone or anything.

So call CS using Skype over WiFi as I suggested.

Try restarting your phone first. If it still isn't working, it may be worth another call.
