Hi,
I have tried to access EU roaming (£2 day rate set up), have followed forum suggestions of going to my account>settings>enable roaming which is showing as blocked but when I toggle to enable it comes up with a prompt to say unable to set up changes. I have never had an issue in the past but have recently changed my plan which still includes EU roaming. I have also tried to add the roaming pass for £10pm. Can anyone assist as I am travelling for work and currently stuck unable to make calls or keep contact with family unless on WiFi which is not ideal!

@ChareceL : If you can't enable the Roaming Abroad and the Call Abroad & Premium Rate settings of your online MyEE, you will need to call CS. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. via Skype over WiFi. It should be free

Nope not at all. Just dialed it from my colleagues phone and it comes up with a dialogue in the local language
