Help needed. I have purchased a Roam Further pass to use my phone in the USA. Just landed in Vegas and have no network. I have done the usual, phone off and on again but no joy. I need a working phone ascI am in a group and need to keep tabs. Any advice please?

When purchasing the roam further pass did you activate roaming?
Roaming should be activated by either texting ROAMING to 150 or by giving our customer care team a call?
