Roaming calls USA

I am on a SIM only contract. I am travelling to USA and have purchased a roaming pass. I know it allows for data and texts but will it allow me to freely make calls within USA?

Yes & to the EU, both make & receive. 

Remember to text ROAMING to 150 before you leave UK to ensure the roaming ability is enabled on your account.

The Roam Abroad pass includes calls within your host country.

Be sure to enable the free roaming facility before leaving the UK by texting ROAMING to 150. This unlocks access to foreign networks, and without doing so - you'll have a billing add-on without the ability to use it.
