@Goose440  Have you enable roaming on your account?  You purchased an add on so you can use your allowances this doesn’t enable roaming on your account these are different things.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Can your phone connect to local networks in your country? If not, then there's a strong likelihood roaming isn't enabled on your phone.

Roaming isn't a phone setting that can be checked in a shop, it's an account-level network setting.

Thanks for your responses, I have paid for roaming, enabled it by texting Roaming to 150 and phone has connected to a local network provider but can’t call or use data, any ideas?

You don't pay for roaming, you pay for a billing add-on. Roaming itself is a free facility,

However, if you're connected to a local network then roaming is enabled. What happens when you try calling or using data? Can you receive calls and send/receive text messages?

Manually selecting an alternative local network is standard advice in these scenarios and often resolves issues.
