Can anyone help us?
EE added roaming anywhere to our account & we’ve been in US for a week & Cannot connect to anyone or anything unless hotel wifi.
absolute joke.
any suggestions appreciated

Adding a billing add-on doesn't of itself activate the roaming facility which enables your phone to connect to foreign networks.
Within your myEE online account or app, under Parental & Data controls, do you have the following two enabled...
"International roaming" & "Call abroad & premium rate"?
