Trying to get $10 EU roaming data active on my account. Both through app and website it just says tech error. I have a payg sim card. Help

Did you use the SIM card on the EE network before travelling?
Do you have an active subscription pack to purchase the roam like home add-on?

Have no idea. Have 30 gb of data and 10£ credit. Just grabbed sim at airport. Only in UK for a month.

To use the SIM in Jersey you would need to have activated the SIM on the EE network.
Have you had a text to add the roam like home add-on?

Do you have signal showing?
If you have not had the text, it does indicate the SIM has not been fully activated in the UK and won't work abroad until this has been done.
