Roaming abroad

Is there any way to set up roaming once already abroad? I've paid for a roam further pass but didn't realise I needed to text roaming to 150 before leaving. Is there any way at all to enable my phone to access local networks now I am abroad?

@KLRes : Only by calling CS to enable your roaming. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
