I have a VIP pack of £15 for £7.50. I have had it for a few years but do not have a contract , it automatically renews every month as long as I have the £7.50 credit on my phone, which always have had it.

When I go to spain this year, and from 2022 will it be possible to use my allowances there the same than in the UK or I will be considered as Pay as you go and have to pay any add on of the £10 a month?

Advice, please.........

From Jan 2022 you will have to pay £2 each day you use any of your pack allowance in the EU.

There is no £10 pm add-on for PAYG. That's the Roam Abroad Pass only for contracts.
