Roaming Data Only 1hr

Hi,

I am in USA and when applying roaming data add on last night it showed only for 57min then ran out. Then I bought another add on and that ran out in 20-30 mins. There has been no extra usage of data from my phone. The 2 days before that roaming data was working fine. Now it seems everytime I buy a bundle it just expires within an hour. Then I get a text asking to add another. I have been on wifi to check nothing is downloading or being used in the background.

@m3ee you’ve not said what pass you purchased or the allowance that it gave you.

but are you on contract or PAYG ? If on contract why not just purchase the roam further pass at £10 and then you can use your tariff allowance while there.

Are you buying these add-ons just before midnight UK time? I believe EE counts days according to UK times.
