I have joined ee 2 months ago and at the same time I have purchased a refurbished iPhone 11.
The signal is extremely bad . often inesistente, to the extend I can’t make calls.
Every time I try to do network coverage checker I don’t get any answer
Can someone put me out of my misery please , and tell me if is ee or actual mobllile ?

When you say the signal is "extremely bad", are you reporting the onscreen indicators being zero? Or problems using your phone when displayed coverage is good?
If the onscreen indicators are poor, is this in an area where good service is predicted? What do you mean by not getting an answer, from the coverage webtool?
Do you know any other EE users locally, and if so - do they have similar problems? That's a good test of a network issue - it will affect all users indiscriminately.
