I pay each month for roaming. It activates automatically when I land in a new country. I am in the USA and never received a notification that I usually do about roaming services. I see in my account that Roaming is now blocked. I can't make calls to EE to fix this. I am hooked into AT&T for an automatic network but desperately need to make business calls and cannot.
EE, can you please help me?

@KathrynAalto : If you can't enable the Roaming Abroad and the Call Abroad & Premium Rate settings of your online MyEE, you will need to call CS. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. via Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Thank you. Skype is not working for me. Would WhatsApp work? I have tried putting that number you recommended into the phone but it is not dialing. Isn't there a customer service live chat where I can talk live with someone?

Thank you. I have clicked "Contact EE" many times and cannot find the Live Chat. It looks like it is no longer in operation, from what my page tells me. Am I not looking where I should.
This has already taken 6 hours of my time; EE this should be easier.

I wish I could see what you're referring to, as it seems that is where I need to go. I don't see what you're saying under Contact EE.
I am losing mind here. Can someone PLEASE help me contact EE by telling me where to go to start a live conversation with an agent?
Normally my trips to the USA are uneventful, but this one has been a comedy of errors and I really need my phone to work. I have never had to activate my roaming feature as I pay per month for it. It automatically activates when I land. This time, I discovered under Controls that it is blocked. I never blocked it. I need it unblocked.

It may be because you're abroad that the Live Chat isn't popping up for you. Is anyone with you that has a working UK mobile?
Chris
