Roaming Abroad

Hi.  I'm curently abroad and I cose roaming abroad that is 25£ a month but it doesnt work . Can someone help me with that ? I restart my phone 3 4 times already and still nothing.  My roaming is active also

Did you text ROAMING to 150 before travelling abroad to make sure the account was set up for roaming to use the Roam Abroad Pass?

What is your basis for saying "roaming is active"?

Irrespective of what billing add-on you've chosen, it's the roaming facility which allows your phone to use local networks in foreign countries - and without which, you won't get coverage abroad.

Lack of coverage causes an inability to use network-reliant functions - calls, texts & mobile data.

I solved the issue 😁 thank you . Im curently in spain and I think I have to use that add-on
