Roam Abroad Add-on & billing dates

My billing date is 9th of the month. I am due to go abroad on 3rd March for 2 weeks. Does the Roam Abroad add-on follow the billing month dates, or is it completely stand-alone? So will I need to pay for 2 x Roam Abroad add-ons, to cover 3rd to 8th March & 9th March onwards, or just one from 3rd March onwards?

The Roam Abroad Pass is charged in line with your normal billing date pro-rata to number of days in each billing period.
