Refund

Hi I was traveling Iceland.

When I arrived at Iceland airport, I should add to data roaming in Iceland. And I add up and paid for it. But I don’t know if it’s mistake, there is no choice what country I will pay. So I think I accidentally buy UK roaming. So I want to refund the pay.

Thank you. Call me xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi @YoonaSeo

Welcome to the community.

Did you follow the link on the 'welcome' message that you should have received when first connecting to the roaming network?

Roaming simply means using your phone on a foreign network. If you were connected to an Icelandic network, then you would have been offered data add-ons for use in Iceland.

@YoonaSeo : If you have an EE SIM you will be roaming away from EE & the UK & paying EE for the pleasure.
