Hey 

I want to know why I didn’t receiving any calls

@Suniljakhu1   Does the device show its connected to the network ?  
Are you on contract or PAYG ?   If on contract are your payments up to date ?   If on PAYG when did you last use the sim to make a chargeable action?     Are you in the UK ?   

Just perhaps no one is trying to call you
