call waiting does not work ive activated it through the setting and still doesn't work

Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly contract?

The facility is only available on pay-monthly.

My call waiting doesn't work.

I have checked the setting and it is showing as switched on.

My phone is a Samsung s22 ultra.

Help would be appreciated.

If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to check if everything is set up from our side.

I have this exact problem on my S22+... I've previously spoken with the EE call centre and technical team and they assure me everything is setup at their end.   The call waiting setting is enabled in the settings menu and *#43# confirms call waiting is activated and *43# says call waiting is enabled.   This problem has only started since I changed my phone and plan last October/November and it's causing me to miss calls. 

 

Please can you help?
