I'm in USA and paid for Roaming but can't get any service/signal. I think I should have set up to roam USA before leaving UK and now have no means of contacting EE - I'm really upset and frustrated with their system. I'd assumed if I paid for it they'd have set me up to use it. Any help gratefully received e.g. Some means of contacting EE via email or What's App

They asked me to switch my phone off and on about 5 different o. Asions, put me onto tech team who said I had done everything right re roaming, so to take off auto selection of company and the choose Tmobile manually. My phone wouldn't choose Tmobile. I got asked to do that twice. I've been on holiday 4 days in USA and it still isn't working. I'm fed up with the whole thing. EE tech team had no other suggestions other than repeating the same suggestions. I'll ask for a refund when I get back home, but it's hopeless having my phone if it won't work in an emergency. 🙁

Thanks OYOO. That sums up my experience, except I never got sent to level 2 tech and so my phone still doesn't work. Basically I've given up and decided to just enjoy my holiday. Thanks for your help.

Sorry - I pressed the wrong button the first time and couldn't stop it! I thank you for your suggestions and have tried them, but nothing has worked, unfortunately. EE tech team couldn't sort it out.

Hi @Happydaze
Thanks for coming back to us.
I'm very sorry to hear this, do you have a UK mobile with you that can receive calls?
Leanne.
