I have a payg sim used as a 2nd sim in an iPhone. Every time I put the sim in my phone it gives a notification of new voicemail. Checking VM says I have no messages. I’ve tried turning VM off texting 150 with VM OFF but says there is a problem and I have to call 150. Why do I have to pay to call to cancel this service
