I have been unable to make calls on my mobile but I can make calls over WIFI via WhatsApp. I can not even call 150. Has it improved for you? What on earth is going on?

WhatsApp is an internet-app, that proves your WiFi internet connection is working and nothing else. You can also use EE WiFi-calling to use all your phone's calling & texting functions over the same internet connection.
