Hello @CarrieCoombs ,

Welcome to the community,

Are you on pay as you go or contract?

If on contract, did you enable roaming on your account?

Have you tried rebooting your phone?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

You only need create one, new, post for your issue - rather than post across multiple threads as you seem to have done so.

Your symptoms are a classic example of a phone not having roaming enabled, which is what allows it to connect to foreign networks. When you say "I have roaming" - on what do you base this assumption?

My suspicion is that you don't have roaming enabled.

Hi @CarrieCoombs

Welcome to the community.

EE is a UK network, so it won't show on the list of available networks in France. Could you try manually connecting to a French network please?
