i have the same issue, im in spain and this happened to me, i cant contact anyone - can u help?

Have you had signal since you arrived in Spain? 

Have you made any account changes prior to this message showing on your SIM?

Hey Leanne,

It was working fine until yesterday evening, we have been here about a week.

I didn't change any settings

It now says I don't have a SIM card.

Are you able to try the SIM card in another phone to see if the same message shows?

Unfortunately, no I can't.

As we speak the phone says that there is no SIM card at all.

We are here for another week, is it possible to have a replacement sent?

Replacement SIMs can't be sent abroad. 

I would recommend speaking with our live chat team to see if they can check your account for the route of the issue.
