@Candypayton53  are you on contract or PAYG ?  Have you tried just restarting your device ?  Have you tried a manual network search ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

hi says emergency calls only I have a sim only did try to call on WiFi but won't connect want to add on abroad
