I have the same problem I receive an SMS but I can't send it back and call and also no one can call me , after registering in EE, I uploaded my account without any problems, and I received a message asking me to leave feedback, but how can I leave a positive opinion if I can't use it even though my account

Can you do something about it now activate it?

I'm sorry I am unable to activate a SIM which is not currently in the UK @JakubChodlewski. 

The SIM itself will need to be in the UK using the EE home network.
