I have the same problem I receive an SMS but I can't send it back and call and also no one can call me , after registering in EE, I uploaded my account without any problems, and I received a message asking me to leave feedback, but how can I leave a positive opinion if I can't use it even though my account

What happens when you try to make a call or text?

Are you presented with any error messages?

Hi Katie Error 0 is shown

 And when someone tries to call me, they get a message that the number does not exist, but they can send me a message on this number 

 And when I try to make a call it just doesn't do it and disconnects automatically,I reset the phone wyjąłem i ponownie włożyłem kartę SIM nic nie użyłem I removed and reinserted the SIM card, nothing helped I set up roaming according to the instructions I found on your website and it still doesn't work

In the photo I provided a sample send a message to my brother on the O2 network and there is still error 0 and he still can't call me or I can't call him I can only receive text messages

Could I confirm if your account is pay monthly or pay as you go?

Have you used your SIM in the UK before travelling abroad?

 Pay as you go 

 I have not used it before in the UK because on the day of departure I bought it in the store, and I did not have time to run it in the UK because I am an HGV driver and I was traveling

We recommend EE SIMs are activated in the UK using the EE network before travelling abroad @JakubChodlewski

This could be the reason why you are unable to use your services.
