Mobile data and messaging not working

Hi my mobile data won’t work & is telling waiting, I have taken  the sim out & switch off the phone multiple times still not working, any solution pls

What do you mean by "telling waiting"?

Can you make & receive calls? How about texts?

Do you know any other EE users locally who you can compare with?
