Morning,
Were you ever able to resolve this?
I have the same issue. But I have two Sims in my phone - the EE one (a normal one) and a foreign one (eSim). My EE Sim is muted when I call from my home but I tried on the other line (ie, same phone) and calling works fine. Both lines are set up the same way with wifi calling on etc etc.
I was calling a business so haven't had chance to troubleshoot yet but wondered if you had a fix?
Cheers
M

Welcome to the EE Community, @mgr03 🙂
Does this only happen when calling one particular number?

No, I did try multiple numbers after I'd made the call to the business I needed to contact and after I'd posted here. Same result.
Subsequently, I re-booted the phone (iPhone 15 Pro Max bought from Apple on Regent St) and thought that I'd fixed the problem, only to discover later that calls made using my EE Sim randomly cut out mid-call. The other line did not. The other line is roaming (obviously) and thought signal may be the issue but both lines connected to 4G full strength.
I'm at a total loss to understand it. May ask EE for a new Sim Card and see if that helps or see if they recommend switching to an eSim since this phone can accept 2 eSims

Hi @mgr03.
Does this happen in multiple locations?
If you want to try a replacement SIM our customer care team will be able to send you one via post.
Alternatively, if you have photo ID you can visit your local EE Store.

Hi there @Katie_B ,
Of the same city, yes, (different cell towers) but I haven’t tried it beyond that.
Thanks, yes, I might go online & order a new sim. The one I have is quite old
Cheers, M
