Hi @James_B , I have the exact same problem but I cannot call due to having lost my phone.
I have been on the chat for now 1h45 asking for updates and nobody has helped.
this is extremely frustrating as I simply need a new sim sent to me
Could you please urgently advise?

I'm sorry to hear you have lost your phone.
We have no account access on the community to send you a replacement SIM card. You would need to call us from any other phone on 0800 079 8586.

@HannahElh , if you have something like Skype, you can ring them for free as well.
