Hi 

not sure if I can still get a response here but having same issues as above. Just stopped suddenly, can’t make or receive calls or text?

I’ve checked coverage in my area but all good?

Do you know if anyone else in the area is having a problem with their EE service? Have you tried restarting your phone?

I presume when you say "checked coverage in the area", you mean using the "check coverage" option on the web-status-tool? How about the "check status" option for faults & issues?

Does your phone show signal indicators? If not, that's your underlying reason.
