Hi, I have been an EE customer since 2010 , and have just upgraded my contract to a Unlimited SIM Plan, now i cant make or receive calls

What happens if you try to make a call?

Does this happen in multiple locations?

Hi @Katie_B

If I try to place a call it takes me to the dialling screen but then immediately says call ending with a series of beeps. Same if someone tries to call me. 

 I’ve tried putting my SIM card into a different phone and the service checker which found no issues at my address. The signal bar has either full or 3 bars full. 
I’ve also tried to place calls various places outside of my home. Unfortunately wasn’t an issue on my last plan.

As the issue persists when you place your SIM into another device I would recommend trying a replacement SIM
