Hi, I have been an EE customer since 2010 , and have just upgraded my contract to a Unlimited SIM Plan, now i cant make or receive calls

Hello I changed my package via virtual call yesterday and I am also recieving these issues I cannot call anyone or get any incoming calls

Hi, 

I also have a similar situation, I upgraded my SIM plan a few months ago and now I’m unable to make or receive calls.

Hi @Katie_B 

I don’t make many calls so I’ve only just noticed, as far as I’m aware it’s been like this since the upgrade. I believe I can send text messages fine, it’s just calls.
