HI, I've tried VM OFF, turned phone off/on, and texted VM ON. Still get message saying there is a problem. Please try later. This has been going on for the past 7 hours.

No helpful as automated voice sends text and then link for information is down at your end. Very frustrating and considering going elsewhere for network. Two days now trying to get voice mail
