Not true. I agreed a sim only deal at the start of April, to commence end April. I was told the lack of foreign calls/data could be back filled with a foreign monthly package when abroad costing £10 per month.

Today is the start of the new deal. Generally it's been a shambles  requiring 2 calls to you, and still the new deal is not fully showing on the app.

But worst of all, I have just been told you have increased the monthly foreign package charge from £10 to £15 per month.

That is 50%, more than 3 times CPI.

You did not inform me of this change either when I negotiated the sim only deal, or between then and now. I had to ask.

This is totally unacceptable and must be rectified. Someone from ee please call me.

@JamesM11  No one will call you from reading this on here as this is a public forum not customer services and no one here knows who you are let alone what your phone number is. 
You need to make that call yourself to customer services. 

The roam abroad pass you purchase isn’t part of your contract so it’s not covered by the yearly price increase that your contract has within its T&Cs.
