I have zero signal, absolutely nothing works, cannot get any information from EE, only that they are aware of a problem at this site.. it has been 2 weeks now and nothing!!!

Yes, and I'm checking the coverage checker multiple times Daily as I'm extremely frustrated with it, one day it will say that I should expect full signal in 16 hours, then 16 Hours later it's back to we are aware of a problem at this site! I'm having to use my partners Giffgaff hotspot that is working perfectly, but the UKs Best network is not! 

Not just my area either, it's all around town and surrounding areas!!
