Trying to get signal I’m germany

I’m trying to get signal and use my data in Germany but nothing is working I am currently on pay-as-you-go 

I have data and log in one ee still can find a way one there and yeah have reststarted my phone still nothing and have try doing it manually

Hi there need help I currently in Berlin on holiday from England originally and have no services and can use my data currently on a pay as you go for minutes and date need help getting service because no able to get maps up or call anyone

@Wendy150   With PAYG you don’t need anything enabled to make this work.   
do you have any data allowance available to use ?   You can check your EE account for this ? 
have you tried restarting the device? Have you tried  a manual  search for a network ?

Did you use that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network before they can be used abroad. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.
