I'm having the same problem every time I leave the house or office (anywhere with a wifi connection) I cannot access any of my apps, the internet etc, but I can make calls.
I've restarted and reset my phone numerous times, will work for a while and then it will start acting up again.
(I have an ios)

Welcome to the community.
Do you have an active data allowance? Is mobile data switched on in your mobile settings? Tap Settings > Mobile Data.

I'm on a contract with EE, so everything is unlimited. My mobile data is switched on and on the apps that I like using outside of the wifi connection.

It says excellent "coverage indoors / outdoors" when on 4g, and for 5g "good coverage outdoors, but weak or no coverage indoors".
I'm currently hooked up to the wifi but as soon as I take it off nothing works.

Does your phone show 4G-calling/VoLTE when you have problems using mobile data?
