Hi, I too have the same problem as the original poster. However, I have since been back to the UK and used the phone line whilst there with no issues. 
However I’ve now come back out to the US and the sun won’t send text messages, despite having credit in my account. What is the problem now?

@agak06 , @markp174241 : Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
