Call waiting not working

@Guna4u   Have you enable it ? It’s off by default.   Hold down the number 1 key on your dial keypad until it calls you voicemail then listen to the options given and select the correct option.

You can enable call waiting by using your phone's call settings menu, it's not an option on the voicemail menus.

The exact location of this menu will differ between Android & iOS devices.
