Roaming CANADA

Ruddimrj12
Visitor

I have looked all over EE web and still no clearer. I have a PAYG phone on a current monthly plan of £10 which gives 5GB data, limited minutes call and unlimited text. I am off to CANADA and if I do nothing except load up my phone with credit how much will data roaming in Canada be per MB ?

Your PAYG Pack is not valid outside the EU. I should STOP it while in Canada.

Data roaming is not charged per Byte. You need to purchase a roaming data add-on.

As it is not in EU, you cannot use your usual UK allowances there but will need to pay the charges or buy data roaming add-ons as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/roaming-costs/countries/canada .

Hi @Ruddimrj12,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

To use mobile data in Canada, you'll need to purchase a data add-on.

You can view the available add-ons on our roaming costs page.

Hope this helps.
