ROAMEU - how to turn it off

I've seen these options:

ROAMEU - which I understand restricts the roaming to EU (e.g. won't connect to Turkish network if in Cyprus) but also stops international calls whether I'm physically located in the UK or Europe.

ROAMEU INT - which allows restricts roaming to EU and but allows international calls. I assume this option will allow an international call back to the UK when I'm in Europe, as well as calls to other Euro destinations.

If I send one of the ROAMEU options and then need to travel outside the EU, how do I remove the ROAMEU restriction?
